Remember his comments when gas prices shot up last year. He wasn’t upset they were at $4 a gallon, only that it happened so fast. He wants us to acclimate to it slowly and less painfully.

If he keeps tossing money around in the trillion + dollar budgets he is going to get his wish for $4 a gallon gas. But it ain’t going to happen the way he thinks it will.
