ERSCARE (noun) That feeling you get in the pit of your stomach when you know you’ve broken your ankle, but don’t want to go to the ER because you don’t have health insurance and you can’t afford to make the trip.

I don’t want to pay for that moocher’s healthcare. I’d much rather pay for his ER bill, which is several orders of magnitude larger, in the form of increased healthcare cost across the board for everyone to make up for the loss on ER operations.
