Well the thing is plastered all over RWNJ sites from teh Blaze to Breitbart, so my BS detector is on high. I could not find earlier images or non RWNJ site copies, so I went to the Aurora PP site itself plannedparenthood.org

That’s the Illinois one. I’m still looking for the opening date of the Aurora, Colorado Planned Parenthood.
