Yes. Cuba again. You have European Cubans or white Cubans. You also have Afro-Cubans. They’re both considered Latinos. White Cubans face different issues than Afro-Cubans for obvious reasons. White Cubans face racism WRT to things like accents that Americans still freak out about. The Afro-Cuban faces racism through the immutable fact that Americans will still see him or her as a black person.
