I thought ants are attracted by sugar.

We had ants crawling on the kitchen wall. They were coming in through a crack in the window sill. I caulked up the crack by making a paste out of boric acid, and that stopped the ant invasion.

I assumed it was the water. There was no food or drinks in the bedroom. I awoke to something stinging my neck and basically stuck my hand into them. It was weird and creepy and I think I lept across the room.

When I pulled up the mattress, it was all wet in the corner, covered by ants that trailed off across the floor. Luckily (not like Charles) it didn’t mess up the whole floor. I was able to clean it up without any great damage to the floor.

They used to give you these water bed patch kits. They sucked too.
