Geithner is saying that the bonus contracts for AIG were legal contracts & we are a nattionof laws. THen he say’s , we will use every legal means to recoup the money.
Say what? If the contracts are legal. what legal device could there be to get the cash back? It would violate Article One of the Constitution.
We are in serious trouble.
