A comment from a friend of mine here about the unemployment numbers in the US (and apparently, they’re catastrophic in Ireland, too)

“Americans are experiencing what happens when the head of state is a businessman who has bends his knee to worship the dollar. And if it weren’t for the pressure of epidemiologists, he would let the workers take a daily bleach enema, just so that the billionaires wouldn’t lose some of that money.”
