That’s not a leader. Ronny is a drug supplier who is trying to lie his way into office by pandering to idiots who want to be lied to. There are very few leaders in the Republican party. There are so many panderers.

“Leader” is not automatically a term of praise and I don’t need a bullshit correction based on the assumption that it is. You can apply whatever retroactive definition of “leader” you like but don’t pretend that it contradicts a different, but perfectly valid, definition that I applied earlier. Jackson, Gohmert et al, ARE Republican leaders, along with Tucker Carlson, Alex Jones and a host of other degenerates.

I felt overwhelmingly sleepy about that time, even though I had gotten plenty of sleep last night, and almost fell down heading to the bedroom for a nap. I know my blood pressure was way down about then and I probably should have gone to the ER rather than to sleep.
I am awake now, my blood pressure is normal, and I feel much, much sharper. I’m wondering if this has some connection to Covid. I am doing much better but still not completely well. I have seen some evidence that Covid has pretty substantial cognitive effects, more than other viral infections, but I haven’t seen any really well qualified commentary on this.
Since I am 73, there is another possibility that scares the shit out of me, but there is no history of dementia or Alzheimer’s in my family so we have that anyway. We shall see.
