The idea that the threat of killings by muslims becomes elevated because of this little repugnant stunt does not really say much in the way the behavior of those willing to kill over a demonstration, no matter what that demonstration is.
The Saudis burn bibles and all non muslim religious items they confiscate, yet no one even thinks to say that they risk elevating the threat of Saudis citizens being killed for those actions.
