LOL, why? Why eternal? That means infinitely forever.

That’s kind of, by design and definition, disproportional to any conceivable crime.

Axiomatic to that is the idea that the only possible motivation for the punishment is spite. Rehabilitation and more importantly love, by any possible definition of the word goes right out the window.

To be honest, my belief that Hell is eternal is something I take on faith. It is not backed by logic nor does it answer to reason.
