They aren’t interchangeable. Justin Bieber is an undisciplined 19-year old. His wrongs are those of weakness. He needs to be taught to be a proper man.

By contrast, the wrongs of Dinesh D’Souza have been born of malice and calculation. In his case punitive action is needed to impress upon him that fraud will not be tolerated.
