The fight for the minds of the population (which includes more than just those who go vote, though we could say those who vote are more important) should never be surrendered.

But the real problem is speaking the truth to a Trumper is going to make them not like you.

And people want to be liked.

For all their religiosity, Trumpers demonstrate the lack of moral urges when it comes to Trump’s lies.
