Filing these cases in District Courts? With what fucking evidence? There is none. With what grounds? What’s the cause of action? Who has standing? Mootness?

The election is over. Trump fucking lost. And they’re still pushing this nonsense and shredding the rule of law and the Constitution.

I want people prosecuted and disbarred over this. Rudy first and foremost.

I am not a lawyer but is starting at the Supreme Court and working yourself down the ladder a common winning strategy?
