Exactly. It would be the creation of a Police State. (that’s no trial, no set date for release, but in jail…and, on American soil (?!)) (personally, I don’t see this happening — not with the ACLU — the terrorists will be released before this happens).

I was thinking (dangerous thing) if they do get released here in the US that they might get hunted down and offed by somebody. Then it dawned on me that the government would realized this could happen too so they would probably be made part of the witness protection program. Oh great do we release them, we pay to hide them too. Great move O.
