Two years ago. No, THREE years ago, when I was working as a senior loan officer when the bank I was working for hired there a 2nd guy to be a big shot, having hired one before. He was all into FANNY MAY/FREDDIE MAC giving loans to dead beats. I SAW the writing on the wall. I changed jobs/career’s to get out of bank and the entire banking industry. I warned people the ship was sinking. To get out now. Some people listened, and THEY are doing well now. The ones who did not are wishing they did. I even stopped by last week. Over 10 people told me they wish they had listened. It made me smile and laugh. They admitted the ship hit the iceberg and they wished they had gone when they had the chance. Except the head schmucks. Who now have to deal with a ton of bankruptcies and delinquent loans. Mortgages, credit cards, car loans, home equities, student loans.
And don’t listen to me now. Another corpse I have to walk over. I just have to wear boots.
