The amount of times I heard the phrase “set the ethics bar too high” the other day was astounding. It was on GMA, I heard it on a CBS radio news report, I heard it many times on NPR, and I read it on several news sites. This wasn’t the quote from the Administration, this was news-people making excuses for Obama. It was sickening.

Bingo, you got my meaning. Yes, they were making excuses for Obama, but by proxy, they were making excuses for themselves.

It a trick, a way to control. You get a group of people (MSM) so wrapped up in your success, that this group has an ego buy in, and their ego can’t be deflated. It help if you start with a group who are in an ego based occupation to start with (the MSM).

So, now, they have to find and excuse for everything that Obama does, even if it is necessary for them (the MSM) to start blaming themselves for the problem.

Then they reexamine their beliefs, and instead of going back to the source an questioning the validity of the source, then adjust their understanding of the “truth,” and the next thing you know, Obama is still their Messiah, and they have a “new” understanding that they can hit the streets with and repaint their master.

Gee, does that sound like religion?
