At least with the current Congress as constituted. If the Senate goes to the GOP, the odds of impeachment against any members of the Obama Administration will rise significantly. Holder would definitely be among those the GOP would love to dispatch, or at least tie up in legal knots.

I think that’s a certainty, because they know the base would love it, and it would really get them pumped up for 2016 when they’ll be going for control of the whole government.
