Meanwhile, the Court has extended an injunction (6-3 vote) to a religious nonprofit that has protested that filling out a form saying they have a religious exemption to providing contraceptives makes them complicit in allowing a third party to provide the contraceptives and therefore goes against their religious beliefs.
