Interesting, my old law professor, John Eastman, is going to be on O’Rielly tonight talking about “California trying to become a sanctuary state”. As much as I liked Eastman, personally, he has always been something of an ideological throw back, so I’m guessing he’s not going to be down with this.

It’s always interesting to see one’s instructors on TV. Haven’t had that much but my one history professor did speak with Doris Kearns Goodwin on Lincoln’s bicentennial. Richard Norton Smith btw if you guys are curious. He at least was a Republican but he worked for Ed Brooke who was really liberal and Prof Smith was fair. He especially liked my depiction of Nixon as one of the last NEw Dealers.
