I’m not a legal lizard but I’m pretty sure the law goes through until there’s a legal ruling against it. Just like the patriot act had a lot of legal challenges it stayed in effect until there were rulings. The Republicans are only wasting tax payer money with legal challenges to Healthcare reform. They’ll never get it axed by the courts.

Actually, I wasn’t even thinking of the health care bill. There’s a major piece of litigation on CA’s budget coming up that I’m watching.
