I have been on a school board. We had a teacher who came into class early and fired a weapon through the wall (it was a temporary building) when no one was around. Then during the day she “suddenly” found a bullet on her desk and the hole in the wall and rang the alarm. We had a lock down and who enchillada. She wallowed in all the sympathy of being a possible victum of an attack. When we figured out what happened it took us over a year to get her fired. There is lots one has to do to accomplish the sacking without getting sued.
