I’m not prone to motion sickness, but I’ve never been in a boat or ship in rough waters. Not sure if I should add that to my bucket list.

The better your sense of balance is the more likely you’ll get seasick. Those of us with hardly any vestibular balance, who depend on visual cues and feedback from our ankle muscles to stay upright are golden. No conflict with what our inner ear is telling us, which is basically nothing.
