He’s received formal guidance. Reading between the lines would suggest that he’s flipped on others and the guidance is to keep his trap shut on anything of substance other than what his lawyers have stated to him. He’s far more disciplined than anyone else in Trump’s orbit, which is why he likely is seeking the sweetheart deal, while Flynn and all the rest are going nuts.
