He needs to be confronted, and see the anger, but without an actual concrete plan of what he actually can do to help, that anger won’t do much but draw fucking news and attention to the fighting and shit isn’t getting fixed. He is now a US Senator, and he needs to be held accountable, but we have got to decide what we want and what his role is, realistically, to fix it. Legislatively and public service wise, what do we want him to do? Yell at him and be pissed? Sure! I think the anger is deserved, he stepped in it. But without a follow up to make sure this shit doesn’t happen anymore it’s just anger and it fixes nothing for survivors or possible future victims.
