As far as I’m aware Afghanistan is the only place where this kind of violent reaction to Jones’ Koran burning. Is there anyone else who is bothered by the fact that we have been in Afghanistan for nearly 10 years and the US hasn’t built up a enough good will or credibility to counteract the actions of one person burning one Koran? I think the POTUS needs to keep his promise of a draw down beginning this summer. It’s time to go. We’ve worn out the welcome we never had in the first place.
