That comment reeks of ODS. I have plenty of criticism of Obama’s foreign policy, but let’s stick to something substantial, ok? Under any president, the CIA or military intelligence would be sampling the air following a nuke test. They can tell a lot about the state of the NoKo technology from the isotopes produced in the blast.
