So after telling me last night they couldn’t cancel my order, the service people said they couldn’t fix my billing, but asked me if I wanted to cancel my order? They then noted since I waited to cancel my order, they couldn’t guarantee the cancellation would go thru.

I’ll tell you this, I’m not accepting or signing for the machine when it comes. Fuck them.
