I actually joined just the other day (I emailed Charles and asked nicely). But, I’ll introduce myself:

I’m a 42-year old female, small business owner, wife, mother and left of center very normal person. In an earlier lifetime I was a historian. There is more, of course, but this is not a message board, it’s a blog with comments.
