I’d been upgrading my weapons, let the armor slide for too long, so I’m
just getting around to the carapace and grappling hooks. Spent too much time interrogating and doing autopsies instead of researching gear.

I kind of like that though, it forces you to really think about what you’re working on and focus your efforts appropriately.

I focused on armor, since I figure it gives me some breathing room on the battlefield. Interrogations, I’ve only managed the Sectoid and Thin Man. And after I got Carapace armor, I think made the mistake of trying to run up the weapons tech too quickly. Not that I’m disappointed in what I got, since laser weapons are sweet.
