Speaking of which, did anyone else see the crazy Judge Nepalitano advocating for getting rid of the income tax all together?

I did not, but I don’t think the idea of replacing income tax with consumption tax is necessarily “crazy”. I’m certainly not convinced by it, but it’s worth exploring.
