Totally. My wife may have an opportunity to do volunteer medical stuff abroad as part of her clerkships or anyway at some point in her medical training, and if she does I’d want to find something I could do too. Habitat is a great idea, especially since I’d love to learn how to thatch a roof. A lot of houses use thatch, even if they have a ‘real’ roof too.
