I’m still wondering what “signature verification” they’re performing. Are they just looking at the separated signature flaps and validating the signatures on them match? They can’t rule out any ballots based on this, that’s physically impossible.

He’s playing to the base. All he has to do is continue to sow doubt in order to placate them.

Whether he has been told repeatedly or not that signature verification is a no-go, much less whether he believes it, and relatively unimportant since his denial of reality has gone far past being a bug in his personality to being a defining feature.
