He never filed tax returns for tax years 2016-2020 inclusive. Counts 1-5 of his indictment include up to 5 years in prison and/or fines of up to $250k per count. Counts 6-10 include up to year in prison and/or fines up to $100k per count.

He was also charged with bilking investors in his cryptocurrency in SDNY.

The guy was a one-person crime syndicate.
