Canandaigua is a terrible commute from Ft. Drum, but the Army has built post housing there. Could be a wild mix of sophisticated Army brats and Northwoods innocents.

CA has had a rash of bad publicity recently. A kid killed himself on school grounds, and there were indications that he may have planned to kill others first, but changed his mind. Then there was a weapons scare, then the stupid dance ban. Canandaigua is an odd spot, with a lot of very expensive real estate, but most townies are blue collar or below. Not a single decent restaurant, either.
