I wouldn’t care if Tiny Tim cleaned it up, as long as they git ‘er done.
My sister called today from my folks’ place on the gulf, and everything is still copacetic, the shrimp are still fine, but it is headed towards Mobile, and the guy who takes care of the beachfront says people are worried about a couple of weeks from now.
The tar balls don’t bother me so much… we’ve had those before. It’s the inland waterways and damage to the marshes and the entire seafood industry that give me the worst nightmares.

how come every company, every piece of equipment available is not involved with the clean up?…help should be steaming into the Gulf from all over the world
