They wouldn’t do that. Lucasfilm defends its ownership of Star Wars fiercely. and it would sue Koch Industries without hesitation if those costumes were used without permission. I assure you, Koch Industries had that permission. They paid heavily for it, but they did have it.

I thought Disney owns the rights to Star Wars. And if you think Lucasfilm was stringent about its trademarked products, it’s got nothing on Disney.
