How much noise do you want to make? A good 25W amp can kick out some sound. I have a Roland Cube 30 that I ended up padding over the speaker and then using a bungee cord to hold a board over that to attenuate the amp a bit so I can get into the power without destroying my neighbors peace.

I have a 100W amp with a pair of 15” Celestions for that purpose… 😁
