No new books in awhile, though.
He must be very old by now.

No, just in his fifties, actually. He just looks older because of all the damage he’s taken.

And yes, his novels are some of my favorites. He writes with an astonishing range in his characters, too— everything from the ‘child of light’ in the banking one to the walking dead man in the American horse-thief one.
