Much as I am annoyed by the anti-vaxxers it helps to bear in mind that Disneyland is a magnet for tourists from other countries. At least one of those other countries, the Republic of the Philippines, is the site of a continuing large scale measles outbreak. The US State Department processes 200,000 non-immigrant visas a year for Philippine citizens wishing to visit the US.
