After all - they didn’t find the agent that was used to initiate the outbreak. This was first reported as spontaneous and natural, and that the terrorists died due to having no access to medical facilities.

Before AQ would release such a weapon, they would need to test it. People wary of terrorist threats should look at this incident with that perspective.
