I saw the tape. The good congress-critter definitely wiped something from his face. The epithet was questioned because nothing could be heard above the insanely loud chanting, but I saw the confrontation with one of the protesters who was yelling as loud as he could and cupping his hands to make himself heard.
I think it was true.

False flagging is possible, but the black congressman wiping something off his face is clearly seen.
