My husband spent part of the last month looking like that; hat and a blanket. (He was sick and trying to get warm. I am not allowed to get rid of that old ratty blanket.) My daughter told me that she thought he looked like a homeless person.

Of course, my husband looked like a homeless person who didn’t intend to blow anybody up.
