Reminds me of an Israeli soldier seperated from his unit during the Six Days War. He was lost in the desert until a luminous being appeared and guided him back to his fellow soldiers. I suspect these type of “urban legends” have been repeated by soldiers in every war ever fought.

By the way, I’m not saying that this kind of thing doesn’t happen; I think it does, I’m just not sure what it means. Here’s why:

Ehud sees Rachel, Patty sses Mary, and Billy Bob sees old Jesus himself. Maybe they really are seeing something, and this is how they interpret it.
