OK, what is the point ? I get that BHO made a protocol mistake last week. I just don’t think it will have a lasting effect on our relationship with the Britts. It reminds me of the Mission Accomplished banner dust up. I’m sure GW did not come up with the idea, nor was it meant to mean what the left spun it to mean, yet he got the blame. I don’t think BHO planned to give the British a snub, his acting protocol director screwed up, and the buck stops with him, but like the banner, it not as big a deal as its been made out to be.
He’ll visit Great Britain next month, and do his rock star thing and all will be forgiven.
