I started around 30, Dianna, right about the time I had both of my kids and realized the changes I was starting to see weren’t completely related to pregnancy changes. I’m pretty religious about it, missing only a handful of days in the two decades since. It pays off. The cheap stuff is a waste of your money.
I have a friend in her 50’s who’s taken glucosamine/chondroitin since she was in her 20’s. Not a wrinkle on her face. She glows.
Giving up smoking will do wonders too.
Cigarette smoke destroys the skin.
