Wow! The sex ed classes in the ’60s weren’t nearly that fun. We just learned that masturbation was a juvenile and nasty and self-abusive thing to do. It was on the multiple-choice test - answer D as I recall. I’m still emotionally scarred.

You know, I’ve been in education a long time. Every so often, one little bit of educational material that has been used over and over again in multiple places runs into one overly sensitive parent, and all hell breaks loose. The Local Fox affiliate did an “investigation” of the matter, and busybody Pilcher-Cook seems like she got involved, too.
