Yep, I wanted a wormhole back to the alternative universe I thought I lived in before the 2016 Presidential election. But if the Democrats gain control of the federal government in the 2020 election due to a GOP meltdown, it will have been bad but not all bad. If Clinton had won, we would still be looking at a GOP House obstructing everything until at least 2023, if not longer. But we would have a functional executive branch.

Trumpco and the GOP are breaking shit, and we won’t know the full extent of the damage until the Democrats regain more power. House Dems are currently rolling up their sleeves and getting to work, but they have a long road ahead. What we know is horrifying, but I have a feeling it’s just scratching the surface.
