Berkeley still has a Young Republican branch on campus. They may get flack, but they are allowed to have an official club. I’ve never heard of Republicans simply getting shut down at a liberal campus. If it’s happened, let me know so I can be appalled at them as well.

Definately a fair point, but they are often treated very poorly by leftists students with tacit administration approval, for instance allowing the shouting down of speakers and stealing of newspapers under the guise of free speech when it is in fact intimidation.
