If it’s not too personal, why do you call him a medical dog?
He helps me with a medical problem. He is fully trained and alerts me to a condition before I have any clue.

Seriously, I would be happy to tell you the whole story, but not here. The Borgmocrats are all over it, speculating that I can drive, so I’m not blind, I can walk, so I’m not physically impaired, I listen to music, so I’m not deaf, and therefore Haku is a scam on the part of Cato the Welfare Cheat (I’m not on welfare, either, but they don’t care) to get speshul treetment.
I will say this: there are dogs for epilepsy and diabetes now. Neither one of those is my specific problem, but that’s the general ballpark.
