It’s a song about a young man who gets a match (a ‘shidduch’ arranged for him). In this passage he explains that after the wedding, he and his bride will be hosted and honored for the following week, and then plan to move to Teaneck, NJ.

His friends ask him if he’s booked a hall yet, which he hasn’t, and whether his bride plans to wear a full wig, or a ‘fall’ (the ‘modern’ option), which he doesn’t know.

They want to know how many dates it took to get engaged (3), and why so long.
